Returns & Withdrawal Policy — MSD Consumibles

At MSD Consumibles (Gonzalo Marrero Almeida, Tax ID 42878942L, registered at Calle Virgen del Pilar, 37, Local 17, 35012 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain) we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. Below we explain your legal right of withdrawal.

1. Legal right of withdrawal (14 calendar days)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalty.

How to exercise it: notify us before the deadline expires through any of these channels:

Refund:

  • We will refund the price of the product plus the standard outbound shipping cost, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
  • It will be issued using the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you provide proof of return.

Return cost: the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer (we inform you of this here, as required by law).

Condition of the product: you may open and examine the product as you would in a physical shop. You will only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions (no right of withdrawal applies to):

  • Customised or made-to-order products.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Sealed software, audio or video recordings that have been unsealed.
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where download or execution has begun with your prior consent.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us at info@msdc.es as soon as possible. In these cases the return shipping costs are borne by us and you may choose between repair, replacement or refund. These products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, amended by RDL 7/2021), which is independent of this returns policy.

3. How to return

  1. Contact us at info@msdc.es with your order number.
  2. We will confirm acceptance and the return address:
    MSD Consumibles — Calle Virgen del Pilar, 37, Local 17 — 35012 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria — Spain.
  3. We do not accept returns sent without a prior request.

4. Complaints

Official complaint forms are available on request. You may also contact the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Canary Islands (Junta Arbitral de Consumo de Canarias).
