Description

The Salicru SPS ONE series of mini-tower format Line-interactive Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) provides battery backup (with pseudo-sine wave inverter output) and surge protection. During power outages, SPS ONE units provide battery backup to allow for proper shutdown of the computer system and protect against data loss and damage to electronics. Operation is via automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to correct small voltage fluctuations without using the battery, thus extending its useful life. The AVR function is essential in areas where voltage fluctuations occur frequently. It incorporates a USB type UPS/PC communication interface with HID protocol, which allows parameter configuration, UPS control, and computer shutdown or hibernation via the USB port. Compatible with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems. UPS management and monitoring software for file/application shutdown for Windows, Linux, and Mac families is also available free of charge and can be downloaded from www.salicru.com.
